    I suppose I better lay off the chips at bedtime. Boo! I'm pretty bad about finding time to take off my makeup too. So many bad habits I need to fix! These are great tips to keep in mind at bedtime.

    What fab tips - I had no clue sleeping on your back could help with wrinkles! No clue!!! After starting a good skincare routine, I can tell a HUGE difference in my face too.
