This DIY dog treat cookie jar and healthy natural dog treats discussion has been sponsored by Wellness.  All opinions expressed here are my own.

Halloween is almost here and that means there will be plenty of treats to be enjoyed.  From pumpkin pie to pumpkin ginger snaps, everyone in my house enjoys treats occasionally, even my dog.  Of course, sweets are definitely NOT good for dogs!  Know what else isn't good for dogs?  A lot of the stuff you find in many brands of dog treats. I have used Wellness brand products for my dog for years. I trust them to make dog treats with healthy and natural ingredients!

Wellness Dog Treats

The Wellness mission is to create healthier pets and happier pet parents. From treats created with carefully sourced and thoughtfully processed ingredients to the 100% pure protein in their RawRev food, this is a brand that cares about what your dog is eating.  I am a label reader when it comes to my dog's food.  I want the same quality ingredients in HER food that I look for in my own!

Wellness makes their RawRev food using freeze-dried pieces of 100% lean meat without any added carbs or fillers.  They know that dogs instinctively crave meat and protein because this is how their ancestors ate in the wild.  I have been feeding Teyla grain free for several years and can honestly say that a high protein diet with zero fillers will make an amazing difference in your dog!

Get your pup into the spirit of the holidays with Wellness Halloween treats!  They contain real pumpkin, are oven-baked, grain-free, antioxidant-rich and made with all natural ingredients. They were definitely a hit with Teyla!  How cute are they?  Seriously...little tiny pumpkins!  Happy Halloween my fuzzy little lap dog!  For attempting to sit still for this photo, you get LOTS of treats.  I know it was so hard to be good!
