This easy appetizer recipe has been sponsored however all opinions expressed here are my own.

I am the type of person who is completely happy to eat from the appetizer menu when I go out to eat.  When I attend a party I would much rather nibble on appetizers than sit down for a formal dinner.  I am a nibbler when it comes to eating and I do it all day long!  My husband and I discovered Boursin herbed cheese spread many years ago and it is a favorite of ours when we sit down to snack after the kids go to bed.  Yes, I save the creamy goodness of Boursin for after they are asleep so they don't eat it all!  I am such a mean mom!

Easy Appetizer Recipe with Boursin

Boursin gourmet cheese spread is made with very simple ingredients. The original Garlic and Herb variety contains just cultured pasteurized milk and cream, granulated garlic, salt, white pepper, parsley, and dried chives. The flavor is delicious and the texture is amazingly creamy and rich.  It is soft enough to spread on a cracker without breaking the darn thing which I really appreciate! Boursin actually comes in several varieties including Garlic & Fine Herbs, Pepper, Shallot & Chive, and Red Chili Pepper.  My all time favorite is the original Garlic and Fine Herbs....the flavor of the garlic and herbs is light enough that it doesn't actually overpower the flavor of the cheese itself.  It was a delicious addition to the easy appetizer recipe I created this afternoon!

Oh my goodness those look amazing. Let alone the Boursin looks great on its own with crackers. I bet I would devour that in one sitting
