This post about organizing your home has been sponsored by Kmart. I am a Kmart blogger but all opinions expressed here are my own.
Winter in my house tends to leave behind an awful lot of clutter. Hats, scarves and mittens, though used infrequently, seem to pile up near vents or randomly stuffed into places they don't belong. Like toy boxes, book bags, or the basket of magazines I have yet to read. Holiday gifts take forever to find new homes and by this time of year my house is starting to look a bit tattered around the edges. Now that spring is coming I am looking forward to getting organized and maybe adding a bit of color to my home with a few new accessories. If you are considering organizing your home and don't want to break the bank doing it, you might want to check out Kmart. They are having their semi annual home sale so you can get organized in style without it costing you a small fortune. The Kmart Semi Annual Home Sale offers major savings on both decor and furniture for your bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen. Bright colors and fresh finishes will liven up your home to help dispel those winter blues! And with the points you earn on your Kmart purchases during your redecorating, you can save money on NEXT year's decorating trends...because who knows what color will be in next spring! What's on YOUR organizing agenda this spring?
Diane is a professional blogger and nationally certified pharmacy technician at Good Pill Pharmacy. She has two college aged kids, one husband and more pets than she will admit to. She earned her BS in Microbiology at the University of New Hampshire but left her career in science to become a stay at home mom. Years of playing with LEGO and coloring with crayons had her craving a more grown up purpose to her life and she began blogging and freelance writing full time. You can learn more about her HERE.
Since my husband enlisted in the Navy and much moving is in our future I'm trying to concentrate on functional organization that doesn't take up a lot of space and that can be multipurpose.
Being on the move all the time must be hard. Definitely helps if you can organize without spending a fortune!
I have so many things on my agenda because I am the worst st organizing. Thanks for the tips!
My to do list gets so long this time of year! The spirit is willing but sometimes I need more hands!
TO be honest, it's been a very long time since IV'e stepped foot in a Kmart - however, organizing is high high on my list to accomplish this week.!!
good luck with it! Great way to usher in spring!

love these cube shelves we have a whole wall of them from floor to ceiling in our homeschool area.
I want more! My son has some in his room but haven't tried them in other rooms yet.
I love organizing - bit of an addiction I must admit. And what I love even more is re-organizing and giving everything a fresh look. And those cubes would be great for the boys room!
It is so satisfying when things are all put in their rightful place!
