This holiday cocktail recipe has been inspired by a product I received at no charge to review but all opinions expressed here are my own.
The holidays are here and with them comes office parties, family gatherings, neighborhood get togethers and a ton of other social gatherings. Enjoying the company of friends, the exchanging of gifts, the decadence of holiday treats, and just taking a few moments to relax are great ways to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another. Personally, I enjoy relaxing with a holiday cocktail occasionally and have been searching for a few creative new drink ideas to liven up our holiday celebrations.
I received a bottle of Tequila Partida to try out in my holiday cocktail exploration. Tequila Partida is an authentic, ultra-premium Tequila made from 100% blue agave in the heart of Mexico's historic Tequila Valley . They take an incredible amount of care in every step of the creation process - from agave cultivation and harvest to distillation. They have several varieties to choose from for you holiday cocktail recipe, depending on your taste preferences. I received the Tequila Partida Blanco, which has hints of citrus, fresh herbs and tropical fruit. While I am not one to go around drinking straight tequila, it definitely has a fresh, crisp aroma and blended beautifully with the flavors of this Pomegranate Margarita. If you are looking to create a festive holiday cocktail I highly recommend you check out Tequila Partida!

Pomegranate is my favorite! Not sure I'd go for the salted rim though - I might be inclined to do a sugared rim instead. Of course, that may just be my sweet-tooth talking. Thanks so much for sharing this.

Glad you enjoyed the recipe. You could probably to either. The drink is a bit tart with the POM and lime so salt or sugar would pair well with it. Or nothing at all...it was delicious!
