This post about celebrating high school graduation has been sponsored by Culver's.  All opinions are my own.

The school year is drawing to a close.  It's hard to believe that the last 9 months have flown by so quickly.  What makes this year particularly difficult is that I have a high school senior.  There will be no going back for this guy.  He is moving onward and upwards and will be heading off to college in a few months.  His impending departure has me wanting to cling to every moment I have left with him. He is harder to hold on to as a teen than he was as a toddler, but I am determined to make this summer special for both of us!

Of course, like any teenage boy, he loves to eat!  Thankfully,  Culver's Restaurant gifted us with free coupons for their ButterBurger Value Basket.  That was definitely a huge hit!  Culver’s and Pepsi are giving guests a chance to win $25,000.  Keep reading to learn how to enter to win!

Celebrating High School Graduation

I am trying to make this month memorable for my son.  I want him to look back on this time in his life and smile at the special times he has had.  Here are a few ways we are celebrating high school graduation with him:

High School Graduation Announcement

Graduation Announcements:

I didn't really care for the stuffy, formal announcements offered by the school and created my own online.  I think they are a much better representation of my child's personality!  And I am tucking one away for safe keeping in my special memory box!

Culvers ButterBurger

Burgers and Bonding:

He is really stressed out right now.  Between the National German Exam, Advanced Placement exams, college issues, and just the emotional roller coaster of growing up, he is under a lot of pressure.

Culvers Burgers

Bonding over a shared meal and talking about his concerns was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon.  And Culver's ButterBurgers certainly made it a delicious outing!

Graduation Awards Night

Awards and Recognitions

This kid has worked incredibly hard for the last 4 years.  He is graduating with honors and as an AP scholar.  There are awards ceremonies, yard signs to put up and medals to be purchased.  I am trying to do them all.  Celebrating high school graduation by honoring a student's hard work is incredibly important!

Graduation letters

Letters and Photos

One graduation tradition that our school offers is senior letters.  They have a box in the office where you can drop off letters to seniors and they will be presented to them on the day of graduation.  My husband, daughter, and I all wrote my son graduation letters this month.  We wrote about special memories, shared jokes, and helpful advice (that he will probably ignore, like most teens!).  We purchased a yearbook and I will be making a graduation photo book for him to keep track of those special moments in his life.

 National Hamburger Day

Let Culver's Help You Make Memories!

We really enjoyed our lunch date to Culver's and my teen was thrilled with their ButterBurger Value Basket.  May is National Hamburger Month and you definitely shouldn't let this pass you by without enjoying Culver's burgers!

 Burger with toppings

What is a ButterBurger?

A Culver’s ButterBurger is a single, double, or triple patty of never frozen 100% Midwest beef. Add any toppings you’d like including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and assorted condiments. Their burgers are made fresh, just for you, and never prepared ahead of time!  Try it on a pretzel bun or sourdough bread instead of a regular bun.  They lightly butter the crown of the bun for an extra touch of goodness.

Culver's ButterBurger Sweepstakes

To celebrate National Hamburger Month, Culver’s and Pepsi are giving guests a chance to win $25,000. If ever there was a time to visit Culver’s and enjoy a ButterBurger, this is it.

Culvers

Purchase a Value Basket or medium soft drink for the chance to win the $25,000 grand prize, $1,000 daily prizes and more! Just visit ButterBurgerBelieveIt.com and enter the code you’ll find on your cup. The sweepstakes runs from May 7 – June 10, 2018.

So, what are YOU celebrating this month?

Celebrate it with a Culver's ButterBurger!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Culver's. The opinions and text are all mine.
