My husband and I often enjoy sitting down to a cocktail or a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed. While it is easy to just dump some rum in a glass of coke, it isn't exactly creative. I decided to put a little more effort into tonight's night cap and used some acai puree, an assortment of juices, and a few other simple ingredients to create a superfruit cocktail! It was incredibly easy to make and used Amafruits Organic 100% Pure Acai Berry Pulp. If you want to try some for yourself, they offer FREE SHIIPPING anywhere in the Continental US from their website and it is available on Amazon as well. Pretty good deal! If you want to know more, check out my review on Turning the Clock Back. Here is the recipe for the cocktail!
