Summer vacation is officially here and that means hot summer nights that I can enjoy on my patio without worrying about getting the kids up early for school.   Dragging the girl child away from Instagram and unplugging her from her iPad can sometimes be a chore.  Those tweens do like their music and friends!  I have found that the best way to encourage a little bonding time is to offer fun slushies and tasty snacks!  I am not above a little bribery when it comes to spending time with my kids!  Planning a girls night in this summer may be just the thing you need to reconnect and this tropical acai slushie recipe with Trop50’s Raspberry Acai makes a hot summer night just a little bit cooler! Acai Slushie Recipe with Trop50_edited-1 Trop50’s Raspberry Acai combines the fresh flavors of both raspberries and acai,  which are very high in antioxidants.  An 8 ounce glass provides 100% of your daily requirements for vitamin C as well as a nice healthy dose of vitamin E.  It is made with real fruit juice and has absolutely no artificial sweeteners which is very important to me! It is sweetened with Stevia so that it contains 50% less calories and sugar than other similar juice blends.  It certainly was a tasty addition to my tropical acai slushie! NOTE:  If you don’t have acai pulp you can use an equal amount of your favorite frozen berry.  You can also spike this with Vodka if your Girls Night In is a 21 and older kindof crowd!
