NOTE:ย The recipe called for chocolate syrup but since I didn’t have any on hand I just used 2 TBSP cocoa powder and it was delicious.ย You could also make homemade chocolate syrup if you feel inspired!

Mocha Cappuccino Protein Smoothie
A healthy afternoon snack idea for extra energy!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup AllWhitesยฎ egg whites
- 1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup low-fat frozen yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Combine AllWhites, coffee, yogurt and chocolate syrup in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend. Serve immediately.
On your Mocha (egg white) recipe…what are the calories and how much protein, carbs, etc… With my “weightlifting” training…I NEED the protein … but, I also need the amount of calories… Since I keep track of both. Thank you!
I am not much of a counter when it comes to recipes so I can’t help you on this. I think there are websites where if you plug in the ingredients it will total that up for you?
