NOTE:  The recipe called for chocolate syrup but since I didn’t have any on hand I just used 2 TBSP cocoa powder and it was delicious.  You could also make homemade chocolate syrup if you feel inspired!

Heathy Afternoon Snack for Energy

A healthy afternoon snack idea for extra energy!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes


  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Combine AllWhites, coffee, yogurt and chocolate syrup in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend. Serve immediately.

  1. On your Mocha (egg white) recipe...what are the calories and how much protein, carbs, etc... With my "weightlifting" training...I NEED the protein ... but, I also need the amount of calories... Since I keep track of both. Thank you!
    • I am not much of a counter when it comes to recipes so I can't help you on this. I think there are websites where if you plug in the ingredients it will total that up for you?
