I love a good smoothie recipe but most of my favorites involve summer fruits.  Berries and peaches and fresh tropical fruits make delicious homemade smoothies but they aren't in season in September.  Fall is apple season so I decided to create this cinnamon apple smoothie recipe for breakfast today.
