Up until a couple of years ago I had absolutely perfect vision. Then I hit 40 and everything started falling apart on me, including my eyes. I found myself squinting, holding things farther away or closer to my face, and asking my kids to read things to me. Yup, getting old is no fun! So, I headed to the eye doctor for an exam. After she gave me a prescription for some eyeglasses I started looking at the selection and the prices and thought maybe I didn't need glasses quite that badly! Fast forward 2 years and I find myself really wanting to get a pair but just too busy to drive back over to the eye doctor for a second look at the options. I recently learned about a website called Coastal.com that would save me a bunch of time and the hassle of fighting traffic.
Coastal.com has become the largest online retailer of eyeglasses and contact lenses in North America. They offer an alternative method of buying glasses and contacts while still carrying the same designer brands and products offered in traditional stores but for half the price. Coastal.com not only saves you a ton of money but they also offer very vast delivery since their lab is right here in the US, unlike many retailers that use overseas facilities to manufacture your glasses.
If you find yourself with a couple of toddlers in tow or an impatient teen who does not want to stop to watch you shop for glasses you should check out the selection at Coastal.com. I found a number of very attractive, name brand options while I was browing their site. The Coastal.com website is also very easy to navigate and they have a full range of eyecare products including not just glasses but also contact lenses, sunglasses and accessories.
